Online Learning Terms / Course Access Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

These Online Learning Terms, together with our Course Access Policy, describe how access to Virtuora Learning courses, programs, and digital resources is granted, how long it lasts, the technical requirements for using the Services, and the standards expected of learners. They supplement our Terms of Service.

01Scope of these terms

Virtuora Learning provides online educational content, training programs, and digital resources designed to support professional development and practical skills. These Online Learning Terms apply to all enrolled learners and govern the practical aspects of accessing and participating in our online courses, professional development programs, skills training programs, learning support, and remote education packages. Where these terms conflict with the general Terms of Service on a learning-specific matter, these terms control.

02Granting of access

Access to a course or program is granted to the individual account that completed the purchase, after payment has been confirmed. Access is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used by more than one person. Where a purchase is made for a team, each participant must have their own enrollment unless a package expressly provides otherwise.

03Duration of access

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, access to purchased self-paced courses and digital resources is provided for an extended period to allow you to learn at your own pace.

  • Self-paced courses are generally available for at least twelve months from the date of enrollment, and often longer.
  • Time-limited cohorts and live components run according to a published schedule communicated at enrollment.
  • Learning support access continues for as long as your subscription remains active.
  • Remote education packages include access for the duration described in the package, including any mentorship period.

If we need to retire a course, we will give reasonable notice where practicable and, where appropriate, provide continued access to comparable materials or act in accordance with our Refund Policy.

04Technical requirements

To access the Services you need a compatible device, a current version of a mainstream web browser, and a stable internet connection. Certain content, such as video lessons, may require sufficient bandwidth. You are responsible for your own equipment, software, and connectivity costs.

We recommend keeping your browser and operating system up to date to ensure the best experience. We are not responsible for difficulties caused by outdated software, restrictive network configurations, or hardware limitations on your side.

05Course materials and permitted use

Course materials are provided under the limited license set out in our Terms of Service, for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. Where a resource is offered for download, you may keep a copy for your own use, but you may not share, publish, or redistribute it.

Prohibited conduct

  • Sharing login credentials or providing access to anyone who has not enrolled.
  • Recording, capturing, or redistributing streamed lessons or live sessions.
  • Copying, reselling, or publicly posting course content, assessments, or templates.
  • Using any part of the materials to create a competing course or to train automated systems.

06Learner conduct and community standards

Many programs include interaction with instructors, mentors, and other learners. We expect all participants to behave respectfully and constructively. Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, cheating, plagiarism, and disruptive behavior are not permitted and may result in removal from a program without refund.

07Assessments, assignments, and certificates

Some programs include assessments and assignments designed to reinforce learning. You agree to complete assessments honestly and to submit your own work. Where a certificate of completion is offered, it will be issued once you have satisfied the stated requirements. As described in our Disclaimer, a certificate confirms completion and is not an accredited qualification unless expressly stated.

08Mentorship and learning support

Where a program or subscription includes mentorship or learning support, sessions and responses are provided within reasonable timeframes and during stated support hours. Mentors provide educational guidance and feedback; they do not provide individualized professional advice outside the scope of the program. Scheduled sessions that are missed without reasonable notice may not be rescheduled.

09Updates to course content

We may update, improve, or reorganize course content to keep it accurate and relevant. Updates are normally provided to enrolled learners at no additional cost. Where a substantial new version of a program is released as a separate product, it may be offered separately.

10Suspension or withdrawal of access

We may suspend or withdraw access to a course or program where you breach these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that harms other learners, our staff, or the integrity of the Services. Where access is withdrawn for a breach, you may not be entitled to a refund.

11Service availability and maintenance

We aim to keep the Services available at all times but may occasionally need to perform maintenance or experience interruptions outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and will not be liable for temporary unavailability, though we will work to restore access promptly.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these Online Learning Terms and the Course Access Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
