Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for online courses, professional development programs, digital learning resources, skills training programs, learning support subscriptions, and remote education packages purchased from Virtuora Learning. Please read it carefully before completing a purchase.
01Our approach to refunds
Virtuora Learning provides online educational content, training programs, and digital resources designed to support professional development and practical skills. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy sets out the circumstances in which refunds are available, the conditions that apply, and how to make a request.
Because our products are digital and become accessible immediately, the eligibility for a refund depends on the type of product and how much of it you have accessed, as described below.
02Standard refund window
For individual online courses, skills training programs, and professional development programs, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your purchase, provided that you have not completed the program and have not accessed more than a limited introductory portion of the content.
- Eligibility generally requires that you have viewed no more than approximately twenty percent of the lessons.
- Requests made after the fourteen-day window, or after substantial completion, are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may not qualify.
- A certificate of completion that has been issued indicates the program was completed, and the purchase will not normally be eligible for a refund.
03Digital learning resources
Digital learning resources such as guides, templates, and downloadable materials are delivered instantly. Because they can be retained after download, these resources are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed, except where the resource is faulty, materially not as described, or could not be delivered.
04Learning support subscriptions
Learning support is offered on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future renewals. Fees already charged for the current billing period are not refunded, and you keep access for the remainder of that period. 05Remote education packages
Remote education packages are comprehensive engagements that include mentorship and scheduled guidance. Refund eligibility for these packages reflects the work delivered up to the point of your request.
- Before the program begins, and within fourteen days of purchase, you may request a full refund.
- Once the program has begun, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the portion not yet delivered, less any non-recoverable costs and any one-to-one sessions already provided.
- Mentorship sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable.
06Faulty, mis-described, or undelivered products
If a product is faulty, materially different from its description, or cannot be delivered to you, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the standard refund window. We may first attempt to resolve the issue, for example by restoring access or replacing the materials, and where that is not possible we will provide a refund.
07How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us using the details at the end of this policy and include the following information so that we can locate and assess your order promptly.
- The name and email address associated with your account.
- The order reference or date of purchase.
- The product you are requesting a refund for.
- A brief explanation of the reason for your request.
08How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within five (5) to ten (10) business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider and is outside our control.
09Promotional and bundled purchases
Where a product was purchased as part of a discounted bundle or promotional offer, any refund is calculated on the actual amount paid and may reflect the value of items already accessed within the bundle. Items received free of charge as part of a promotion are not separately refundable.
10Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so that we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of access while the matter is investigated. We will cooperate fully to resolve any genuine billing error.
11Exceptions and abuse
We reserve the right to decline a refund request where we reasonably determine that this policy is being abused, for example through repeated purchases and refunds of the same or similar materials, or where substantially all of a product has been consumed. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
12Changes to this Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in effect on the date of that purchase. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
