Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Virtuora Learning website, online courses, professional development programs, digital learning resources, skills training programs, learning support subscriptions, and remote education packages (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, purchasing any product, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

01Acceptance of these Terms

Virtuora Learning provides online educational content, training programs, and digital resources designed to support professional development and practical skills. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you" or the "user") and Virtuora Learning ("Virtuora Learning," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply to every visitor, account holder, and purchaser of the Services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. By continuing to browse the website, register an account, enroll in a program, or complete a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full, together with any policies referenced within them.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization, and references to "you" include that organization.

02Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least eighteen years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase the Services or create an account. If you are between the minimum permitted age and the age of majority, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • You may not share your account, credentials, or enrolled course access with any other person.
  • You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information or that are used in breach of these Terms.

03Description of the Services

The Services include self-paced online courses, structured professional development programs, downloadable and streamed digital learning resources, practical skills training programs, optional learning support delivered on a recurring subscription basis, and comprehensive remote education packages. Specific features, materials, and durations are described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

We continually develop our catalog. We may add, modify, reorganize, or discontinue individual courses, programs, or resources, and we may update course content to keep it accurate and current. Where a change materially reduces the core value of a product you have already purchased, we will act reasonably and in accordance with our Refund Policy.

04Enrollment, pricing, and payment

Prices for the Services are displayed on the website in United States dollars and are exclusive of any taxes unless stated otherwise. Indicative price ranges include online courses from $49 to $299, professional development programs from $149 to $799, digital learning resources from $19 to $99, skills training programs from $99 to $599, learning support from $49 per month, and remote education packages from $299 to $1,500.

By submitting an order you authorize us, or our third-party payment processor, to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount shown at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use that payment method. All payment matters, including recurring subscription billing, are governed by these Terms together with our Subscription & Billing Policy.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change prices for future purchases at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

05License to use course materials

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials and digital resources you have purchased, solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational use.

You may not

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit any course material or digital resource.
  • Record, screen-capture, download (except where a resource is expressly offered for download), or redistribute streamed content.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice.
  • Use the materials to build, train, or populate any competing product, course, or dataset.
  • Provide access to the materials to any person who has not paid the applicable fee.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Virtuora Learning and its licensors. This license terminates automatically if you breach these Terms.

06Intellectual property

The Services and all content within them, including text, lessons, video, audio, graphics, illustrations, templates, assessments, the Virtuora Learning name and logo, and the overall look and feel, are owned by or licensed to Virtuora Learning and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Services may be used by us without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you.

07Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. When interacting with instructors, mentors, support staff, or other learners, you agree not to engage in harassment, abuse, or discriminatory conduct.

  • Do not upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or malicious content.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Do not interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Services or supporting infrastructure.
  • Do not use automated means to scrape, harvest, or copy content without our written permission.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe a violation has occurred.

08User-submitted content

Certain features may allow you to submit work, comments, questions, or other content. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to operate and improve the Services and to provide feedback or assessment.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit it and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

09Certificates and outcomes

Where a course or program offers a certificate of completion, the certificate confirms that you completed the stated requirements. It is not an accredited academic qualification or professional license unless expressly described as such.

Our materials are provided for educational purposes. While we design our programs to build genuine, practical capability, we do not guarantee any specific career outcome, examination result, salary, employment, or other result, which depends on factors outside our control, including your own effort and circumstances.

10Third-party services and links

The Services may rely on or link to third-party tools, platforms, or websites, including payment processors and content delivery providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms.

11Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Further detail is set out in our Disclaimer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtuora Learning will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Virtuora Learning and its officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Services in a manner that may cause harm to us, other users, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

14Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Colorado will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.

16Entire agreement and severability

These Terms, together with the policies referenced within them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Virtuora Learning regarding the Services. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
